How many guests will the chapel seat?
The chapel will seat 70 to 85 guests. If you are planning a wedding or event with more guests, we can hold a beautiful ceremony and reception on the lawn or in front of the chapel.
What is included when I book my event with the Saint Ann's Chapel and Ranch?
Use of Chapel, Lawn Areas, Restrooms, Ramada, Dance Floor and Bandstage, Lights and Parking Area. Our On-site Event Coordinator, Ranch Events, will assist you with planning and supervision,
and will work with vendors and caterers to make your event special.
How far in advance do I need to secure a venue for my special event?
Tucson is no longer a small town.
Most event venues book one year to 18 months in advance.
If you know you want to have your event at
Saint Ann's Chapel and Ranch, we recommend
you book with us as soon as possible.
It would be a shame to fall in love with the ranch, only to find out that a delay in booking, cost you the date you were hoping to reserve.
What happens if it rains or we have other bad
weather on our event day?
It is always a good idea to hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. With your credit card we can reserve tents, heaters and fans upon booking your wedding at the ranch. You have three days (72 hours) to decide if you want to use the reserved items.
If you do not use the items, your credit card will not be charged.
With the exception of Monsoon season, we can usually predict within three days, if rental items will be needed. Ranch Events will help you make the decision before cancelling rental items on hold for your event.
